Pretty much all the popular doorbells are super basic without subscription. For ring, without a sub, they won't store anything so it's just real-time view only. Eufy doorbells might be what you want as it's local storage.
I would disagree, it's low cost but horrible security flaw. You can record up to 30seconds max per clip. Then you must wait a minimum of 10 seconds cool down before it records again. Also, if you go live, you can't save the clip.
It would be better if they had a sale on their recently hiked subscriptions.

Guys, would I be able to use the wireless ring if I don't want to use the monthly subscription?

It would be nice if it held the recorded videos for 24-48 hours. I don't need nothing beyond that.

Can someone enlighten me on how this works?

I had same question. So Eufy has local storage for 24-48 hrs without subscription? Any recommendations on Eufy doorbell?

If you have multiple cameras, the PRO subscription (unlimited recording of cameras) is only $10/mo or $100/year.

Is that for ring security or just adding cameras yourself?

Same price also available this week at Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, Kohls, etc. Nice if you want to stack Target Red Card 5% or any other discount offered by retailers.

I actually made a post that Best Buy has the same deal. And you can just pick it right up so no waiting.
