All manufacturers make mistakes. Rolex sends out watches every year with errors. There is a whole sub-section of the community that collects their defect watches. I bought a bunch of old Chrongraph movement Omegas a while back. They all need to be serviced so I haven't worn them in a while. I've been slumming it with a Citizen Eco/Atomic which I have beat on mercilessly for over a decade.
Am I a bad person for liking the MoonSwatch?
again, performance and aesthetics aside, I think the discounting says a lot in and of itself
