The 10% cancel trick no longer works theh stopped that during the 2021 model sale a couple months back i bought the 85" qn90a back then. Completely happy with it, only thing that sucks is the samsung OS. The diff bet this qn90b and qn90a are all the ports are hdmi 2.1 on the qn90b vs only 1 on the qn90a. For those who pruchase it the tv is a beast and heavy as hell will prob be a 3 person job to mount.

As someone who bought a 65" from the EPP a few months ago I would recommend buying from literally anywhere else. First TV was shattered took months for replacement. It was a good deal but I'll go to Costco next time
It was a totally diff exp for me i got 85" version and couldnt imagine bringing that back to costco unless costco has some pickup return service. My screen was shattered the 1st go around and samsung coordinated a fedex freight pickup to pick it up from my house for return. Only pain in the ass is samsung doesnt do exchanges so bascially i had to do a return and rebuy. So i had like a 4k charge on my card until they got the return. Took like a week to get the replacement.

I love this TV but conflicted between this and the Sony 90K. I really like the Google TV and Dolby Vision but this is a great deal
Agreed. Google TV is hands down the best TV interface since you can literally do anything on it. I ended up going with the samsung and then attached my NVIDIA shield TV to it for the google TV benefit. But still no dolby vision but overall super happy with the purchase. You could also grab a Chromecast with remote and that will give you the google TV too

Comparison is the thief of joy. I need to stop looking at Slickdeals when I'm not in the market.

I just scored a 77" LG C2 for about the price of the 85" QN90B ($70 more) last week. Now I'm questioning that decision. The OLED C2 will have better picture quality, but the Samsung's mini-LED gets pretty close [rtings.com], and the 85" offers significantly screen for the same money. I was comparing some TVs in store today, and 85" panels really have a wow factor. I think I'm going to keep the C2 because I don't want to deal with returning it. But if I hadn't already ordered, this would be a tough call. Quality vs Quantity. First world problems.

So, I pulled the trigger on this.

I also should get 5% cashback from MR. **bates and $75 back from using PayPal to pay with Chase Freedom (paypal and walmart of the cash back categories for this quarter). Assuming the cashback works out I'll be at $2,227.08 all in after tax.

I was originally planning on holding out for OLED but it sounds like this TV is pretty darn close.

It's been 77 OLED v 85 mini-led choice for few years! You can't go wrong either way. In 2 years should be equal, but there will be some new tech on horizon to bestow a different tough first world problem!

No matter what you choose, be happy and don't second guess yourself.

When confronted with these choices, I side with my wallet or convenience

Almost certainly. And if you ask me again two months from now, I'll probably give you the same answer (unless there is some aberration like a price mistake). It will likely go down in price and be at its lowest when replaced by the 2023 equivalent model. The question is when do you jump in and begin enjoying this TV?

$2000 would probably be my jump in price.

Can you buy this now but schedule delivery for after Black Friday and cancel it if the price drops further?
Not sure about that, but takes Samsung forever to ship their tv's out.. I had to call them every week to remind them about my order.. terrible customer service..

I tried going through EPP and it still shows as $2,999 for me.

Am I doing anything wrong or is really just "select" members?
