A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Bayer HealthCare LLC. No proof is required to claim an estimated $60 per household.
The class action involves the marketing and sale of certain spray sunscreen products. It affects all natural persons who, before August 2, 2022, purchased in the United States, for personal, family, or household use and not resale.
You may qualify if you are one of the consumers who purchased certain Coppertone products in the U.S. through August 1, 2022 that contained benzene, according to the class action lawsuit. Here is a list of sunscreen products that qualify:
