I've got the RAvpower one and it's been fine. Didn't realize they were still around. I'd rather have 61w instead of 27w.

No Programmable Power Supply (PPS) so no super fast charging support despite the wattage rating. The fastest charging mode you'll get on must modern phones is 18W (but broken, but certainly not 27W).

This charger does support the optional 12V mode.

27W Max:
5V 3A
9V 3A
12V 2.25A
15V 1.8A
20V 1.35A

As configured this should be a fine general purpose charger for plenty of phones and some laptops assuming you aren't seeking the fastest charging option. For the price you might get better value (depending upon your target charging devices) if you spent more to get higher wattage and/or PPS support.

Good luck!
Jon

This is the kind of value decision I'm suggesting a buyer might have to make depending upon their target devices. The Anker 511 nano costs twice as much and "only" offers a few additional watts of peak power... but also supports PPS (and, thus, super fast charging).

However, consider that (assuming you can dodge the all-too-common fakes out there) I think the 25W Samsung PPS charger or models from Belkin are all some of the best buys in the sub-$20 space since those tend to also be listed with USB-IF. The EP-TA800 [usb.org] 25W fast charger from Samsung is the kind of commodity device that basically lets us all benefit from Samsung's early and wide adoption of PPS. I actually use a 45W Samsung PPS fast charger as my universal "charge everything fast" adapter of choice. Maybe I'm the only one but even since the early days of quick charge I've largely used Samsung chargers as my go-to devices since they just pump out these devices both at scale and with reasonable quality for the price.

Good luck!
Jon

There are a lot of SDers posting deals for various nondescript brands of chargers. Particularly that brand. I don't have any knowledge of them myself, but it seems if you go into any thread on chargers, there's people linking to that brand's chargers. Could be fine, but just saying.
