It's a licensed product made by the maker of a whole bunch of 'find the thing' style books (trying not to talk about the location of a certain striped fellow, or where you may... uhh... gather intelligence). They paid for the use of the character, because the character sells trees. Disney isn't the creator of the work.

I can verify this is true. Walt Disney is dead and has been for years. There no way he drew this book.
