You're talking about the 15incher? In that case, you can't really compare. 17s are always more expensive. Sometimes prohibitively so

GPU is 6700M is not as powerful as 6800M ( Asus Rog Strix was on sale two months ago) . Maybe need to wait till Black Friday or another sale .

I also noticed I still have an Amex deal for $120 off at Dell purchase of $599+, also YMMV.

Some Chase credit cards have offer for 5% back ($100 max) on Dell + AMD. YMMV
I also noticed I still have an Amex deal for $120 off at Dell purchase of $599+, also YMMV.
