GPU is 6700M is not as powerful as 6800M ( Asus Rog Strix was on sale two months ago) . Maybe need to wait till Black Friday or another sale .
You're talking about the 15incher? In that case, you can't really compare. 17s are always more expensive. Sometimes prohibitively so
check your credit cards for offers at Dell,
Some Chase credit cards have offer for 5% back ($100 max) on Dell + AMD. YMMV
I also noticed I still have an Amex deal for $120 off at Dell purchase of $599+, also YMMV.

Amex Business credit cards have 20% off up to $1500. Again YMMV.

You just buy an Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E M.2 Card and replace the one present inside the laptop. After that you need to attach the two antenna headers to the new card. This is extremely easy and almost same as replacing the M.2 SSD.

I just looked up the 6700M, it's roughly the same performance as the RTX 3060 in laptops.
