This is a decent deal but a good router. I got this from Amazon for $250 a few months ago. For a small/medium size house it works really well. Keep in mind that to fully use the WiFi 6 band you'll need a wired (i.e. Ethernet) backhaul between the two, but if you can do that I think it's a great router. Really good speeds and coverage, great software experience, and you don't need to pay for the advanced features unlike cheaper alternatives.

If you don't mind me asking. what kind of square footage are you working with to consider this having good coverage?
