I've charged a few times without even inputting any info. Don't think I'm at risk for back-billing. No app login, no e-mail, etc.

This isn't a "glitch", many EVs come with a free charging package when you purchase them to begin with. Also, Electrify America has run many promotions for free charing in the past.

Seeing as many people have mention not requiring an account login, it's probably an EA promo.
