Is this something you have to activate on your rewards page?

I'm a gold tier member and I don't see it listed on their page with all their rewards.

This was during their Rewardathon event, so you missed out, there was 20 to 30 rewards on my account, I just added them all, from free cameras/doorbells/WiFi pods to major discounts including this one.

You can ask someone for their code if they also added it, it should be usable for anyone with the 75% off code.

Worked on multiple accessories at an Xfinity branded store near me. Though they had no clue what the hell it was and had to call the GM/owner to get it cleared. I grabbed 2 cases, 2 screen protectors, 2 car chargers, some cables, etc. All for 75% off. YMMV though.

Yeah, they have no clue (or don't care) and can't read the instructions from the Rewards page, it clearly states it as entering the Discount Code when checking out, duh!:

How to use
  1. Visit a participating Xfinity store. Codes valid in Xfinity stores only, through October 15, 2022
  2. Show your digital code at checkout. Enjoy 75% off qualifying purchases

Fair enough, I definitely am kicking myself to miss that one. I could have used the xfi pod and the accessories code.

I think the main issue is that there's no "code" system. They're just entering it as a memo because these are random franchised stores and not corporate.. I don't know.

They use the same POV system for checking out, I saw their screen, it's similar to when you checkout online, there's a textfield where you type in Promo Code or Coupon Code (SDers should know this). When he entered the code, it automatically applied the discount, so not sure what you mean by "there's no code system". They're just lazy or simply want you to go away so they can start playing with their cell phones again.

Sorry, wasn't trying to be combative towards you or anything. I saw their screen too at the franchised store I went to and I didn't see a field for that. But yeah of course it's mostly just the workers not wanting to be bothered by it.
