fyi. anker is an amazing company for customer support. I have been explicitly buying nothing but anker chargers and cords for like 10 years now? idk. its been a LONG time. I buy the power line cords or whatever is best at the time for lifetime warranty.

long story short, my original amazon cords have been exchanged like 20 times over the years, they even said, hey, this is like your 100th cord, would you just like a refund at this point? I said nope, keep on sending.

my anker 45watt nano II block died last year, they sent me a new one, it just died few days ago, or its giving intermittent charging, I just replied to the old email from exchange and said hey it died again, with a little video showing 3 other chargers working, and then that one not.

overnighted me a new charger again.


all im here to say is, the customer service is legit top notch. one of the best ive ever dealt with. im loyal though to them. buy the cords etc that says lifetime guarantee, they will honor it. im not sponsored or anything, legit real review here. very happy with them. I trust them over all the other 3rd party or even OEM cords, since they/all cords on iPhones will eventually give out at the connection butt spot.

Come on dude. We are talking about a $10 item here. Some people would rather spend the extra $5 to have the convenience of a folding plug. And obviously someone who doesn't take their plug out of the wall except to go on vacation isn't the target audience here.

Having said this, something that isn't apparent from the photos is the size of the ones with foldable plugs. The Anker one comes in at 1.5x1.5x1.3" and the RavPower ones are 1.1x1.1x1.3". I'm assuming the RavPower measurements do not include the prongs.

Both of these measurements are just listed on the respective sites, so I can't say for sure they are accurate, but from my experience, the foldable plugs feel chunky and end up taking up more space than the ones without foldable prongs. But they are less likely to scratch surfaces and get stuck on stuff.

Absolutely yes. Apple recommends 20W or higher even for iPhone 14.
