No, it will only hold of a few hours. Seems to do well enough for breakfast for me if I have a cup of coffee with it though..

These are mainly for supplementing protein, and are only 190 calories. For reference, a small McDonalds fries is 230 calories.

For meal replacement, I like something nutritionally complete (e.g. Soylent, Huel, Jimmy Joy) and 400+ calories.

get boost or ensure..it's cheaper than this and boost protein has 20g of protein as well

Any idea why on product page it says it will arrive on Oct 29 (which is my S and S date) but on checkout it shows as arriving Oct 7 with no way to change?

Ugh- I got these on the last deal and I hated them. The texture is like an airhead, but cookie dough and chemical flavored. With chocolate chips mixed in.

It's a one-time coupon on any of a bunch of different Quest products -- bars, cookies, shakes, chips. Use it on one box of cookies, for example, and it won't be available again on anything else.

Cookie Dough, Caramel Chocolate Chunk and the White Chocolate Raspberry are my 3 go-tos. I've tried a bunch of the other ones, but always come back to those 3.
