Just got the pole saw and trimmer in. I'm upgrading front their 40v stuff and not impressed. Looks like they've done some cost saving with the 60v stuff. The tubing is a lot thinner than the 40v. With the attachments on you get some flex on the 60v. The 40v feels solid and the tubing is wider in diameter and thicker. The paint on the 60v also feels cheap. It's a thin, matte coating. The 40v has a thick gloss paint. I'd be disappointed if I paid full price for this.

I ordered the 16 inch string trimmer with battery and charger on Friday when it was restocked. It was delivered earlier today and I am lucky I received the whole package with battery and charger.

Lucked out I guess. I got the battery & charger. Works fine with the blower. Good deal although I would have liked to have gotten the chain saw too.

Good for you guys. I just received my trimmer and it is tool only. What the hell is HD doing? I ordered the combo with battery & charger. I have to return it with my other blower-only order.

Ordered Friday as well and got it today, with charger and battery. Hopefully HD will make it right for those who didn't get the charger+battery.

The trimmer I ordered is still back ordered. With all the returns, I thought I might get one. Looks like they were shipped directly from Greenworks. If returns to Home Depot have to be sent back to them, I'm probably out of luck & it will be cancelled.

I ordered a polesaw ('m already in the Greenworks 60V ecosystem and this was something I'd had my eye for a while, so I was pretty stoked to get it). Shortly after that, I get a back-order notification. A day or two later, it came back in stock and I thought "oh that means my order will definitely ship." Nope. Still back-ordered.
Not really going anywhere with this. Just bummed that I didn't try to buy it the second time I saw it in stock.

They marked my string trimmer as "shipped", charged my card, then never bothered giving it to fedex. When I called after a week they said there was nothing they could do and to try back in a couple days.

I'm very unhappy with home depot and it'll be hard to shop there again after this.

On my order page mine says "Ready for Pick-Up" at the store but it also says "the product is no longer available" I never received a ready for pick-up email. I had assumed that it had arrived with my other Greenworks tools.
