I truly failed ya'll… I found a way to get the Large PACKOUT wall plate cheaper…
$16 now instead of $20 with the first combo I posted. Sorry about that…
HOW I DO IT:
1. Add the Large Packout Wall Plate 48-22-8487 to cart.
2. Add TWO 48-22-8346 items to cart. Search for the items by model and add TWO to cart manually.
3. DO NOT SELECT DELIVERY TO HOME. If you just want the one "hacked" item you should pickup at a Home Depot location. Set the items you don't want for pickup at a different store. This will allow you to pickup ONLY the Wall Plate at one store, and then you can cancel the other items that would be ready at a different store.
4. Place the order (most difficult step, wink wink).
5. Cancel the items you don't want. Text or call Home Depot to cancel. You can also cancel online but be careful, it can cancel the whole order if you cancel too quickly.
6. Wait for your refund to come thru to reflect the $16+tax price!

You know, you don't have to waste time ordering to multiple locations & on the phone.
The hack works regardless if you order all to the 1 store.
Just pick up the order, then walk over to the return desk & return the 2 hooks, mag racks, etc you hacked with. Hell you're already there.
In fact, with 2 stores by me, if I order the plates from the closer store of the 2 they're showing up at 44
apiece, ordering the hooks or racks to another location, hacked cost is then 20 with mag racks or 24 if hangers selected.🤔
And for whoever placed multiple orders, unnecessary, just or in whatever multiples you want. Buying 3 plates & 6 racks online (or 10 & 20 respectively) still gets the hackable discount.
$40 for the wall plate is actually reasonable, $40 to put 2 tools on said wallplate is insane.
