I know. I have to set my alarm for 5am just to put gas. I'm usually the first one there. Takes 5 minutes or less.

This is a straight up scam and data mining. The app says the nearby stations has rewards but when you get there there it doesn't work.

I went to a Texaco Gas Station in bay area, which is actually listed in their app. Firstly, I selected rewards from the pump. Actually, there are two types of rewards: 1) Chevron and Safeway rewards, 2) TB rewards (I forgot the exact two letters). I didn't know which one to select. I select 1) first, which couldn't recognize my phone number, then I cancelled and selected 2), it accepted, but didn't show the $1 dolor off price.. I didn't want to add gas there, if I can't confirm the price is indeed $1 off. So I asked the lady inside the booth and tried to pay cash, and told her my phone number. She tried several time, saying my reward number couldn't be found..... What a scam.... Has anyone in south bay area found a working gas station?

and with he app or putting in phone number in the pump screen?

I got it to work, you don't need the phone app. At the pump it will ask for your loyalty number, that's where you enter your phone number, that's it. Super easy.

I agree. No stations available in WA, OR and AZ. This is a scam to collect personal information
