I think there will be a lot of these available.

And this is just a tactic to convince a lot of people who wouldn't install a smart speaker, to buy a TV with a built-in, always listening, Alexa device instead.

Add it to your wishlist. Alexa will notify you with a yellow light 24 hours before deal goes live. Once that happens ask Alexa to buy it once it goes live. You don't have to track when it goes live.

Not tried to have Alexa buy it when sale starts - not sure I'd trust that. And where's the thrill of checking out and getting the deal.

For those like me who bought the TCL from Target today for in-store pickup, you can extend pickup date to October 12, keeping options open for possible purchase of the Fire TV or Hisense on October 11.
