You wind up the Bowser before starting the race. After about 4 races you need to stop and rewind it up again and continue. As you need 5 points to win, you need a minimum of 5 races. Considering how often the carts will fall off and not make it around to the flag, you need at least a good 10-12 races for a winner. This means in between the chaos, you have to stop probably twice to take 30 seconds and rewind Bowser. It completely kills the fun and excitement of the race. I would have much rather had it be battery operated with an on/off switch for a few bucks more.
