I have ordered several tools from them with no issues. Shipping wasn't super fast but it always came and was fine.

I had bad experience with them too. Bought a Milwaukee M18 Blower for $99. After a month of waiting, they only created the shipping label but never actually shipped. Never reply when I ask to cancel my order and refund. Had to file dispute with PayPal to get my money back. 👎
If you're lucky. I think this place purposefully has good deals that won't ship, and they drag out the fulfillment until you just cancel. Meanwhile, you're automatically on their email list and getting other newsletters, etc from them to buy more / other stuff.

When I ordered from them two years ago because they supposedly had a good Milwaukee deal, they came back with excuses for over six months about why they couldn't ship. But the same day that I placed my order, I literally already got two of their newsletter/promo email from them later that day and the next day, before needing to unsubscribe.

LOL @ the TD.

Damn, good deal. I got the home Depot deal for $189 a month or so back and thought that was good, but this is better if you don't need another battery and charger (HD deal was $189 for rocket light, 2x xc6.0, charger)
