Same issue here. Would get some form of the offer every time until it randomly stopped ~2 years ago. I've tried removing and adding different membership rewards cards in the past, but are you suggesting to wait until after the next time the offer comes around (eg 2-3 mos) before re-adding?

Thanks for that! I forgot to read but mine is cash so I guess I can't do the promo it says I don't have a valid rewards account when I enroll my card
