I'll continue to rock my 1st generation ones until they give, but I wanted to warn you guys. It's an AMAZING head set, it's just absolute bummer of a product issue I'd rather you folks not face later on.
That being said, for 250, that's a great price.

IMO it's not worth upgrading from the Arctis Pro. Otherwise it's a nice headset overall.

Found when connected using the USB-C to PC, the volume control of PC will become 100% and not adjustable. The volume can only be adjusted on the external base station.
Volume can be adjusted on both PC and base station if connected through Xbox port.
Just wonder if it is normal or I got a defective item?
