You are kidding, right? They have the best reviews of about any SSD. These are literally one of the most reliable HD's out there. They run cool / efficient, while still being one of the fastest drives in V3 out there, even faster than a lot of the V4's.

Can't believe the 1tb isn't below $80. This is the same price it has been(on and off) over the last 2 or 3 months Frown

I bought this at $169 a couple weeks ago... not worth returning to re-buy.

Also, it's only slightly faster than Crucial P30. But cheaper. Both reasons why I settled on this for my M2 my heavy web browser sits on.

It does run slightly hotter though. My 970 Evo OS drive is currently at 44C while this P13 is at 52C!
Kind of concerning since they have same thermal tape on each other.
So yes, the above post about this running "cooler" is incorrect.
Will definitely keep my receipt for the 5 year warranty though.

It is worthwhile to know how challenging the rma process is before buying...
