I've been using a 3 Person and after using a 6 person that a friend had, I was sold on the more spacious tents, for 'car camping.' We were able to fit a queen size blow up bed, and have plenty of room to walk around in a stand up for changing, though different model, similar footprint. These come with a screen in porch which is a nice touch for when there's a lot of mosquitos around and spray doesn't always work. I went with the Evanston and the tarp for an additional footprint. The tarp is a medium duty, I would have gone with a thicker one but then the price for that size starts to almost double.

While I like Coleman tents, this one will be too cold with all that screen area in less than 50F temps. Should work well for summer camping with good air flow.

All those screens have a layer that zips up, I considered that as well and had to look into it and make sure it would be at least a 3 season tent.

edit: found a better picture and the one on the back doesn't have zip up, so it relies on the rain fly to keep warmth in, doesn't seem to be for winter but it'll be fine for 3 season.

Yeah. This is a 3 season tent and the price reflects that. If you want a 4 season, you'll be paying over $500 for canvas.

This is no 3 season tent with all the mesh. No need to spend $ for a canvas tent when a good 3 season tent will do just fine. I can do fine in those down to 38 at night, but anything colder and I'm taking my older Class C RV. I do like the simplicity of tents vs rv, but not when it's cold.
