I've been using this mouse for almost a year now for strictly wfh and no gaming. So far its held up pretty well. No clicking issues yet and I've only needed to change the battery once. This is despite me leaving the mouse on 80% of the time.

Yes the battery life is great, smaller Logitech mice even run 1.5 to 2 years of one battery.
I just bought this and went through amazon so i wouldn't get any guff about returns. Thanks OP. I have very big hands and have a problem with finding mice that fit. Rtings says this is a good mouse with good connectivity. As for gaming, I definitely game, but only really play 1 or 2 fps games online. I'm more of a rts guy and I don't compete with folks online. The number of buttons attracted me. As for this not being a great price, I checked camelcamelcamel and while this has been on sale for this price before it has never been any cheaper per amazon. Amazon is a good rubric because they're pretty lightning quick with price matching anyone that has a lower price than them. I love the fact that it has raised mice feet as well. While I do wish it was lighter, most bigger mice that fit my hands have been heavier and at this price point I can't argue. Love the 2 forms of connectivity bluetooth and usb. I'm not a fan of cabled charging because I have a small amount of space and won't be getting a large one (apartments are expensive and i only have room for a desk built into the wall by the builders). I hate it when cables are in the way. I also like not having a battery I would have to worry about a battery wearing out.

I absolutely adore this mouse, except the left mouse button has failed on each one of them I have owned after 13 month. It's like clockwork. I've bought 4, but finally went to Razer. I like Razer, but it doesn't fit as well in my hand as this Logitech one does.
Absolutely love this for productivity (back, forward, copy, paste, enter, delete on side buttons) and gaming. Plus dual channel switch allows me to go between my PC and MacBook quickly and easily.
I have to say, it does have some quality issues to know about. First one had the left click start double clicking when clicking single clicks. And some issues with side buttons not registering till mouse was switched off and on again. RMA was easy though. Replacement has been solid. Honestly considering ordering another at this price to keep as backup. The design is worth it.

Sounds like these have the same garbage omron switches as the G602. I have been a lifetime Logitech fan, but that mouse burned me. Issue started Before the warranty was up, but I didn't realize it was the mouse until too late. Clicking plus dragging stopped working unless I held the button down real hard.

Yup, they bought the cheapest switches they could find.

After about two years the rubber on mine has separated from the plastic base. Unimpressed. It's a bit creaky now as well. It's not very well-engineered in terms of rigidity and durability and does not feel all that great in the hand. I had the previous model for much longer.

But the mouse is heavy, the scroll wheel is heavy and doesn't have grip. There's a lot of unnecessary side buttons that I accidentally press a lot.
