I've had 3 different sets of powerblocks. None have smelled at all. The Elite USA set I own is relatively new. There is no odor.

I know this isn't very "slick", but I'd encourage you to buy stage 2 at full price if you'd use it quite a bit. In my opinion, your health is worth the extra few dollars (might even pay off financially in the long run).

Probably a dumb question but does this work with powerblock elite exp? That was all I could find during pandemic and could use stage 2 now.

THEY DO NOT. Exp is not compatible with the USA.

Kind of dumb that they aren't but I've read a lot of reviews of people making that mistake.

If your upper body can't handle stage 2 or 3 yet, your lower body surely can especially if this is a price that works for you. Plenty of lower body dumbbell exercises.

Any experience using Apple Watch with these? I track my workouts with Apple Watch but due to the shape of these dumbbells, concerned that it'll scratch up the watch.
