Can get as cheap as 87.30 if you have enough subscribe and save items and get the 10 percent extra off. If not, 96.79 isn't bad either (may be the cheapest option if you don't need any other consumables from amazon)
As a bit of a veteran, don't forego a pump and don't get a "water pump". Get a fish tank aeration system, air stone/strips, air line and splitters to handle how many of these tanks you plan to run, buy from amazon or walmart should be easy. With no movement, plant roots are far more susceptible to rot, and it's the surface that needs to be agitated to get air and keep anaerobics at bay, that's why air bubblers work better than water pumps.
