Heck, though comparing a spotlight to a chip on board LED isn't really apples to apples, consider that those GIANT 4D Maglites are only pushing out around 100 lumens(!).

I'm sure it's fine, and this is a reasonable price for it, not sure it's a slickdeal really. Amazon is annoying me with the house branded products that are just rebadged china clones of something else. Then again everyone's doing it, Walmart with magic erasers, command strips etc for example...

Look at it this way: It's $4, size of a lipstick thingy, the battery lasts 20 hours, and is meant to light up a small area not spot German bombers....
