Only the HW-Q700B (or Costco's equivalent HW-Q7CB) and above are compatible with the SmartThings app. But you are paying a premium for it since traditionally the HW-Q600B is equivalent to the HW-Q700B spec-wise. Also the HW-Q800B has a significantly better subwoofer so it is worth the premium.
eARC is required for Atmos, and this doesn't have it.
The HW-Q67CB is NOT equivalent to the HW-Q600B or HW-Q700B since those models have 2 actual up-firing speakers as labeled as 3.1.2 channels. The HW-Q67CB is a custom model; which, is most similar to the HW-Q65CT on rtings.
Edit: The HW-Q67CB is most likely the HW-Q60B; except, the HW-Q67CB has rear speakers included.
I ended up picking up a Vizio 5.1 with Atmos from Sam's Club for $199 today. Like it so far. CNET had ranked it as the best Atmos bar in the budget range.

bought it again and it was working good.
can confirm that it has earc and atmos works well... almost as good as my vizio elevate but that has more of a punch than this and is 3x more expensive.

i refuse to buy another vizio. you know it's a problem when their newest, high-end sound bar has consistent connection issues and has since it came out.

Edit: I asked this is because my current setting is that all other things like Xbox etc all connected to the receiver, and the output of the receiver connected to the TV. My TV only has two HDMI inputs. I'd like to replace all the weird speakers with this wireless sound bar. However, I'm not clear how the sound bar work with the receiver and all other electronics.
