Samsung product page lists this as having eARC and Dolby Atmos.

There seems to be major issues with the unit... https://www.reddit.com/r/Soundbar...are_button
The Costco page states it's model HW-Q67CB which appears to include Dolby Atmos (as the 2022 model described here [samsung.com]). Coupling that with Costco's warranty it seems like a pretty decent deal.

Dolby Atmos does not require eARC

I got this on an eBay refurb deal for $199 a while back. For the price, it's excellent. Yeah it's not going to blow away a $700 setup... but it's also not $700. Best soundbar I've had so far.

Edit: fixed a typo

Everybody is getting confused here with the Atmos. The soundbar is 5.1 channels which means only 5 channels horizontally for the regular dolby surround sound with 1 subwoofer. What makes this able to run atmos is with Samsung's proprietary Q Symphony technology that allows it to synchronize sounds and use the TV's speakers as a higher vertical level of sound. You have to have Samsung TV that is also compatible with that Q Symphony in order to run that setup. So far, I haven't found good reviews of the technology from audiophiles especially as how TVs sound in the first place.

From what I've seen, this really doesn't have Atmos. Costco messed up on the listing.

eARC is required for Atmos, and this doesn't have it.
Was wondering how there is atmos when it shows 5.1 ch Confused

So there are no up firing Atmos speakers on this sound bar, just virtualized Atmos, which is what I'm looking for. But I don't have a Samsung TV, and it's required to get virtual Atmos? I guess I have cross this one out then.

That is correct. The Atmos feature is true but only with compatible Samsung Q series TV as they support Q-Symphony by using the TV speakers as up firing virtually. Without it this still works as a regular 5.1 soundbar.

Just a note to people. The item number on the new units appear to be different from the ones that had issues. Costco did recall these items so I'm wondering if this is actually a fixed speaker.
I believe Costco's HW-Q67CB is pretty much the HW-Q60B with rear speakers. The HW-Q67CB was recalled and the HW-Q60B has many bad reviews claiming that the HW-Q60B is a dud on Best Buy's website.

Just grabbed one. I use to have Vizio m5.1 and endup return it due to lag. This one way better for $230.

That's bummer. Looking for a cheap virtual Atmos sound bar (due to space contraint), so far haven't found one.

Source of this information? I'd guess it's just virtual atmos (height virtualization) irrespective of whether you use Q-Symphony or not.

Costco website has an updated title.

Previous - Samsung HW-67 5.1Ch Soundbar with Dolby Atmos.

Now - Samsung HW-Q67CB/ZA 5.1 Channel Soundbar With Dolby Digital Audio & Rear Speaker Kit Included

Description still says supports Atmos.

Open Box excellent from Best Buy, Polk Signa S4, has pretty good reviews and comes in at $263 currently.
