I wouldn't trust this brand. Insinkerator has been around a long time. They're the household name for garbage disposal.
FYI, Moen presently owns Anaheim Manufacturing, which makes Waste King and pretty much every other OEM make that is not Insinkerator. They and Insinkerator are basically the only two manufacturers of pretty much all the garbage disposals made.

Oddly though, I have different Moen purchased at Home Depot, and mine like this one has a Waste King motor, but uses the Insinkerator-style mounting flange, instead of the Waste King flange. Makes it easier if you're swapping out an old Insinkerator though...

Got one to replace my recently broken Insinkerstor( very basic model, almost 10 years old). It uses the exact same mounting system. I just unscrewed the old one and screwed the new one back. 30 minutes works, including slightly modified the drain pipe. It offers 10 years in home warranty, which is hard to beat.

Be careful. If you twisted the top piece at all the plumbers putty will loosen up and you'll have leaks. You may want to take it all apart and lay down new putty first.

I didn't touch the top part and only screwed the disposal back on by following the instruction. I like its mounting style is compatible with Insinkerator( too popular ) and is straightforward. The package comes with the top part(identical to the existing one) but I didn't change it due to the long work time. The new disposal is sealed well and has been working fine for a week. In case of leaking, I would replace the top part, which I think the old one currently holds up very well.

It is a very good and easy replacement if you need to replace an old Insinkerator disposal.
