They do offer returns on OB products but it's unclear how warranty works. It's serial based and is 3 year warranty new but it appears open box Asrock GPUs won't have any warranty which is a huge no-no.

Also this thing has been up for like 3-4 hours and not sold out. Needs to be 100 bucks cheaper imo.

Pick it up. They cancelled/"unlaunched" the 4080 12GB. The 3090s and 3090tis are sitting on shelves collecting dust.

Apparently no warranty w/ open box according to Newegg. Says free 30 day return though so I plan on testing straight away. We'll see…. I've had good luck w/ open box stuff in the past.

Just realize that Asrock warranty is done via Newegg and warranty does not apply to OB items.

I would contact Newegg for be sure but there is a reason why warranty is not listed anywhere for that OB item but is listed on the new version.

Mine arrived as well, looked new, works greatno problems.

My daughter is happy.. LOL

I actually bought same card a couple months ago for me at $719 and have been happy with, I seriously fought urge to cross fire the two of them for giggles...

What do u mean ASRock warranty is done *thru* Newegg? What does that mean?
