Been shopping with them for years for food. Not once have I been delivered "stale" anything... Sure broken things arrive however they weren't packaged correctly. I think once- maybe twice an item, was just past expiration date but never anything stale. And I buy twizzlers every other month for years... When a Twizzler, Chips or cookies are stale it's very obvious.

All these Oreos are great for dirt pudding; which is always a hit throughout the holidays when people come visit.

I've never had that problem, but even when they've sent me food that was closer to the expiration date it was fine, and on the rare occasions when I felt like complaining they refunded me with no questions asked.

I was updating that as you wrote your comment. It is a lot of cookies. They are hard to ration when you have so many in a package.

I bought some Trail's Best Ham & Cheese sticks that were almost a year past their expiration date. Sold & shipped by Amazon, not third party. Still regret taking a bite before checking the date...

Gross. One time they sent me a box of crackers that were 2 weeks past the date, but they still tasted fine and I got a refund.

Yah. I've had some chips and crackers and stuff that were a week or two expired. Still edible, but not great. They do screw up a lot. Last month I ordered a 12 pack of BBQ sunflower seeds for like $18. Received one bag.
