I should add that I haven't received any indication of the credit yet. Did anyone else? I thought amex would send an immediate email saying I qualified, like they do with other offers.

How it works:
1. Tap any pending or posted transaction in the Amex App and then tap 'Split It'
2. Choose up to 20 Venmo or PayPal users to split your transaction with (they don't need an Amex Card).
3. Select "Amex Statement Credit" as your pay back option for the split request
4. Your friends will receive a Venmo or PayPal request, just like any other Venmo or PayPal request
5. When your friends accept the request, we'll apply a statement credit directly to your Card for the amount they paid you back
6. Once you get paid back at least $15 total to your Card, we'll apply an additional $5 bonus credit to your enrolled Card
7. The $5 bonus credit will be reflected on your statement as "Amex Split Offer Credit"

got the amex offer but this one is going to be difficult to figure out until you dig into it. im guessing you cannot cross over meaning you cant use split one charge between your own paypal acct and venmo acct. instead, if you use your paypal acct, you'll have to know someone else with a paypal acct.

Will this impact any previous credit from another offer? Say I had the credit from earlier 10% back from paying the cable bill. If I split that bill using this, will my 10% credit be revoked / reduced by the $15 split?
