Got this new AMEX offer. I already have more wine than I know what to do with from previous offers but the value is too good to pass up.
If you don't want to spend much more than $35, I recommend doing one of these $45 deals for 6. Better value than ordering individual bottles:

Best overall value is definitely the full club membership for 15 bottles, but it costs $89:

It says you have to purchase from "www.wineinsiders.com/amex" [wineinsiders.com] to qualify but the $45 promos are not found under that.
As I recall from the last time, I was warned I wouldn't get the credit, ignored the advice, and didn't get the credit. So, I would be very careful buying any of the promos from this site until someone confirms they got the credit.

"If your purchase meets all eligibility requirements of the offer terms, you'll see your rewards reflected directly on your statement. Credits may be reversed if qualifying purchase is returned/cancelled"
So that clearly states that you haven't yet earned the credit especially since the purchase using the link did not meet the requirements of the offer terms.
Did you receive a separate email stating the credits were in fact eligible? You likely won't and won't know until your card is moved off a pending transaction to see if the credit was applied or not.
