$90 is fair for this but Charge 5 prices have also been dropping, makes it a tough call to drop the extra cash and go with a 5. 5 adds a tweeter that helps with sound quality, especially at lower volume levels.
I went with a 4 when they were $100 and 5's were running $150. Sounds a bit petty but I think the Charge 4 would be hot around $75 in today's market.
