Their site has an option to filter out items that are out of stock, but it doesn't seem to actually do anything?

When I tell it to filter OOS items, it still shows me items that are both unavailable for shipping and unavailable for pickup. Doesn't that mean it's OOS?

Or are they telling me they have it in stock and just don't feel like selling it, so it's in stock but unavailable?

I purchased Sniper Elite 5 deluxe edition for ps5 wich is on clearance 50% off but at check out charged me full price, called customer service and didn't help, they gave me no choice but to returning to store, even when the website shows the price I'm claiming. Sent and email with the screenshots to corporate but no response in two days. What would you recommend me guys?. Do you have an email address I may complain about this issue, they are not honoring the price on their website/app. Thanks

I purchased online, the item was available at only 1 store in the are, and I has the choice to order with STORE PICK UP or SAME DAY DELIVERY. So I ordered with same day delivery and they charged 89.99 for the game plus 10.00 for the door dash delivery service. The discount still shows on their website but they are not honoring that. That's very disrespectful and non professional. I don't know wich are my choices, I purchased 2 days ago.

Price match somewhere else that doesn't have toddlers programming their systems with toy block algorithms.


Even filtering by stores that actually have the product will show that it is unavailable.

I would go to the store with a receipt and the game and try for a full refund. My guess is that you are probably out of luck with the delivery fee. If you still want the game at that point you can turn around and ask them to price match their website with the game you just returned. Jumping through hoops that shouldn't exist. Don't wait on returning. The sooner you go the better chance you will have for a positive outcome. Just remember it is corporate to blame not the local store and employees.

Yeah, I just found Tropico 6 Next Gen Edition Xbox One that was supposedly in stock with 3 copies at my local store. I went to check out for store pickup and it wouldn't process. Then suddenly they are completely OOS. Now maybe someone snatched them up cause they are marked at $2.48 for new. I have to wait till 11am and then will call to see if they have it or not. Yes, on my search results it shows items that are available for store pick up supposedly, but when you look at the item page they are OOS. The filters are useless.

One day you'd think Gamestop would let you filter "available online or by pickup location." I mean, we aren't in 2008.
