Not sure how it hasn't been posted yet but it's been basically the lowest price according to the triple-C website. (It's been hovering around 19.50-19.99 since Sep 25)
At this price range, it seems like a good deal for light gaming or office use. Rtings gives it good marks for the capibilities it does have. It gets knocked for wireless connectivity and no macOS support.
