Sits somewhere between the 3060Ti and 3070 in performance. This was on sale at NewEgg for $370 recently - so not the best price, but if you have the PayBoo card you can save on sales tax.

If you cannot wait and have to buy now, Newegg has the OC version cheaper, at $370 (https://www.newegg.com/asus-radeo...6814126543).

OC means "overclocked". So, it has a slightly higher GPU clock than the regular variant. The advantage is marginal at best, and this is done mostly for marketing purposes to increase the price a bit.

But, to me, OC also tells me that the silicon's quality is a little better, as it can sustain higher clock speeds with greater stability. If they come at the same price, I'd choose OC.

Either way, you want to get whichever is cheaper. In real-life usage, OC versions are a gimmick to increase the mark-up.
