Are those the identical tongs? The spatula makes them look smaller than the one in the OP.

I think standard tongs are a better choice as you can use from any angle and easily move food around. Welcome feedback from someone that has used both kinds but this looks to solve a problem that doesn't exist and actually makes it more difficult.
