Napa/O'Reilly Auto: Peak Antifreeze rebate $10/gal. max 2 gallon allowed Napa sale Conc. 10 yr. $14/gal (net $4), 50/50 $11/gal (net $1) end 10/31 Napa sale. Rebate ends NOV. 30, 2022

The rebate on Peak antifreeze is $10/gal. max 2 gal. ends Nov. 30,2022. You have to file online or by mail 30 days after purchase for a master card rebate.

I have a Napa close to my O'Reilly's Auto and they price match all local stores. The rebate is available at Walmart, Amazon, and advance Auto parts but I didn't see prices as good.

Please explain the significance for non-chemists like myself. I am familiar with the differences between IAT, HOAT and OAT. I know this is a HOAT formulation, but not the precise nuances of its formulation. It seems we are moving rapidly to the trucking industry coolants that last a million miles.

Now it they could just make cars that would last as long as the radiator coolant ....LOL

By the way,, I drive a 96 Jeep XJ that used green IAT, but I switched to Zerex G05 (HOAT). The coolant system stays much cleaner. I had to replace a radiator due to some idiots at a fast oil change place deciding to "top off" my green coolant with an "all vehicle" OAT. It clogged the radiator pretty badly.

The 10x looks like an attractive upgrade to G05, when the time comes for a change.

I don't need it but why not.. I was going to place a NAPA pickup in store order, but I am thinking I better just go to the store and get a real receipt. It is funny NAPA does not have a link for the rebate offer. I went to the oldworld rebate page to see if NAPA was good for this rebate. I could not really find out without starting the whole rebate processes.

I ordered a pair of premix, I have a NAPA rewards account so I can pay in store and I will get a real receipt.. $3 for 2 gallons of premix after tax and rebates? can't go wrong..

I have used the email receipt of Napa rebates before with no problem. I got some iridium plugs for 6 bucks a piece with a email receipt. My last line goes directly to the owi site which lets you use the online regimen or the mail in. I used the mail in to get all my info for the post.

If you do a competitive price match with Napa you cut it to $2 plus tax. My O'Reilly's is within a mile of Napa. Where I am I have to apply for the peak rebate to get the $10 off.

I had O'Reilly ($16.99) $ match a local Kroger ($10.99!) that had the Peak 1 Gallon Yellow Concentrate Antifreeze/Coolant (PKLL10X) in stock. YMMV because you can't just purchase @Kroger because their receipts do not show the item details needed for the rebate (Product name & item number) & very few had the concentrate in stock. I just placed an order for pickup at a local Kroger & gave it to the local O'Reilly counter person then cancelled the Kroger order. BTW, the Peak 50/50 Prediluted Antifreeze + Coolant (PKPB53) is only $7.99 @ Kroger.

I already received the $20 prepaid Mastercard today!
