Lots of reviews receiving damaged product, guess I'll try anyway, may be a pain but Amazon generally provides replacement orders when this happens without any problems.

Another formerly good product turned into crap.

"I have used this product for over four years and loved how it prevented calluses, but the rich, thick, effective cream has been replaced with a thin, barely moisturizing liquid that is ridiculously useless. I am so disappointed in the reformulation, this stuff shouldn't even carry the same label as the good stuff!"

They didn't change the formula. They may have been using one of the other products, such as the "Super Crack" formula.

Fakespot lowered the rating to 3.5 after the fake reviews are removed.

I've had one bought from Walmart few years ago, very happy with the outcome and still works.

$13.92 and NO Option for Sub/Save on my page... Not sure why, but I'm disappointed.

This thread already reads like every consumable product ever. "They changed the formula" is like a meme now.

If it doesn't work, return it. That's the main allure of Amazon. We have returned 20-30% of all our purchases in the past 20 years and no blacklisting, no issues.

Fakespot is a scam. It is a guy from Kuwait who monetizes Amazon traffic while providing useless analysis. They report obvious fakes with high scores and legit products (Pampers, etc.) with low scores.

Their blackbox appears to be based on simple logic like lots of repeated words indicating fakeness ("baby," "leak," dry," etc.).

The Chinese sellers are far ahead of both Fakespot and Reviewmeta, which is superior but still not up to the challenge.
