Updated the OP. The DEWALT Charger WITH 2 Batteries - DCB112, DCBP034 & DCB203, $110.99 includes one 1.7 AH Powerstack battery and one 2.0 AH regular battery.

The 2x5Ah deal is decent (not great), but the rest are trash.

You're better off getting the 2x5Ah/charger/bag kit for $199 with a free tool.

Yeah, these are those "pre-deal" deals. Where they offer an ok deal to try and squeeze a few extra $ out, before the real deals commence.

Also, it's Woot! and while I hear the masses explain the way it works, I've only had problems with the stuff on there.

Dewalt normally warranties battery for 3 years from the date on the battery. So if you get old stock then your warranty is whatever time you have left.
