Idk I bought the 1060 3gb a few years ago (new) and after gaming for 6 months it actually died on me. Had to switch to onboard GPU for a few weeks while I rma'd it. Warranties are actually important on these boards

Newegg probably got some stock from ex-mining cards in China and traying to offload it as "refurbished" Smilie Smilie
Considering that in US you have to pay for electronics junk disposal, Newegg should pay you money, not asking a price for it Smilie
