I highly recommend looking into the history of the soap company. They are phenomenal. They do a lot of community outreach programs, exceedingly sustainable, and a quality is hard to match. I've been using their products for about 15 years now. Honestly they are my top recommendations for soap have any kind.

If using a foam dispensing head, something like 1 part soap and 4 parts water. Just eyeball it and figure out what consistency you like.

I bought three last year and I haven't gone through them yet. They last awhile. And I don't even dilute them like others do.

It's a nice option for sensitive skin.

You can use it directly as body wash which makes it cost about the same as other 'natural' brands, or you can dilute it to use as hand soap or even dish soap.

I prefer Seven Minerals Castile soap, no palm oil and feels more moisturizing to me

Peppermint is what I use daily for showering. It's great soap. I make homemade soap but not liquid so this is preferable in the shower.
