Was able to see it and go to checkout with it for $94.99 including 5% edu discount. The problem others are having is they're not switching the color to Silver or Pink Gold. It defaults to Graphite which isn't discounted. Once you switch the color it will work with no problem. Great deal.

Not much difference, to be honest.

One of the weirdest promo from Samsung. This is big no to me.
.because they give $150 credit with no trade-in, so effectively those tiv are not what they seem.

It's very niche and only for those with a cracked device they own already and it falls into high values. Otherwise, this is even sneaky by Samsung's own bizarre and convoluted sales

So does Samsung provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send in the trade-in tablet?

The biggest selling point of Samsung tablet against iPad is the OLED screen, which is only with s8+ or ultra

The new S8 256 sells for $600 new in box on ebay. . How many people want pink?
Run the numbers.
Thanks- this is exactly the advice I was looking for. I might get $225 for the S6, so doing this deal would be a bit better than selling the S6 alone. The upgrade would cost around $250 after 10% cashback, So if I sold the S8 for $550 net it's $300 back to me vs. $225. I probably won't do it.

Trading in a Tab S4 ($300) gets you the Tab S8 for $250 which seems like a good deal.

People with a trade-in also get the $150 on top of the stated tablets value. Nothing tricky about it.

too bad already got my S8 tablet for ~450. this tablet is just really impressive, esp the S-pen opens a whole new way to use tablets. for $100/s7 upgrade I definitely say worth it. If in a few years they got a S9 with better specs for 100/s8 trade in I'd definitely consider. Been using it so much more due to S-pen. Just a great tab all around. Gen 1 chip is pretty speedy, even gamed some from time to time, no issues.

Ended up getting the 256GB option, which was $149. Oddly enough, I could pick the graphite now for the same price, where the 128GB would've been $249. Weird.

They'll give me $250 for my S3 "dog"....still would cost me $299 so meh
What else are you going to do on your s3? Best value you're going to get out of it. I just jumped on offer up and bought an s3 for $25 so I can trade in for $250. Seems like a no brainer to me

Just be careful when doing trade ins with Samsung, I have a horrible experience, I sent a barely used S7+ earlier this year, was told that it did not qualify for trade-in due to not being factory reset(total lie) when the tablet was returned to me it had a broke screen and no longer turns on. Just my 2 cents, others might have a different experience

I've done many trade ins with no problem but I remember someone gave advice that you should record yourself with the device working, serial number, and then packaging the box as evidence.

The TIV for iPads is much lower for the S8 than the S7FE. And Samsung isn't promoting the S7FE anymore like it was last month.

I looked up the S3 and it's shit in my area. All asking about $150.

I have about $300 in Samsung credits. I was hoping I could get a nice tablet instead with a tradein. The S7FE would've certainly been a good deal with some accessories but too high now
