Status of trade-in line item in the order shows "CREATED"
If I click the diagonal arrows on the trad-in line item it opens a new blank tab with "about:blank#blocked"
Support chat just sends me back to the orders page.
I tried several browsers.
This is my first trade-in with Samsung. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Any suggestions on how/where to send my trade-in?
