OK $77 sounds like it might be worth it considering u get the two batteries so I guess if you already have the charger and other tools it would be worth buying.
But anyone who can afford a tire inflator at the original price of this one probly doesn't need to inflate their own tires

You've got far more comments from people saying it's +/- 1PSI but you're not giving those anywhere near as much weight as the one comment that says they are +/- 3 PSI. Instead you seem to have gone whole hog on Milwaukee being dastardly villains and pushing defective products.
Secondly, if this device is such absolutely perfection, why is it being given away for free?
That's a question, btw, not an assumption. Perhaps it's a credible product, perhaps it's not.
Perhaps the original post (that I quoted) is accurate, perhaps it's not.
....but human nature dictates that you still have to ask yourself, why is it being given away for free (which is pretty drastic)??

If you flip both batteries, given typical price of $10 per ah, the inflator cost is then $25.
I personally think it is worth $25. If you do not, there is an easy drama-free solution: don't buy it.
