Although I will add that my order details have reappeared on Northern's site (they were gone yesterday), and it does list the batteries as shipped and the inflator as back ordered.

Reject the delivery of the batteries if they shipped. Fed Ex isn't allowing me to manage the delivery online.

The CS lady I talked to was very nice and she tried, but said mine was too late to intercept, so she said she put an RMA on my order, so when I get the batteries, they will send me a prepaid label to ship them back free.
