I bit, although this isn't really a slick deal. It's lukewarm. In September it was under $115, and all time low was $88.64, from Amazon, according to the three camels. No time machine and I want it now so I bit.

Looks like an excellent product.

I grabbed this during one of the bigger sales a few years ago and abaolutely love it. This deal is pretty good considering the recent sale prices. Sure its no 2018/19 price, but we cant guarantee we'll see those again. It does such a great job of keeping a consistent edge on a blade, much better than I was ever capable of. Something to note though, this is designed for a 15 degree bevel, so make sure your knives either have that currently, or you want them to after using this thing. Smilie

Last thing to note, this was America's Test Kitchen's knife sharpener pick, and i have yet to be less than amazed with anything they've recommended.

I've had a few misses from them unfortunately. Their budget toaster pick is awful.

That being said, I have this sharpener as well, and I love it

There are so many 15xv options on Amazon. I see this one on sale for sub $100. Is this the same model or different. (it doesn't say trizor in desc.)
