Luckily this has no wifi built in. So parents have complete control if they wanted that data uploaded or not you know unless the kid was that tech savvy but this is more targeted towards younger kids. If the kid is old enough to upload it on a computer they're probably to old for this toy.

My 4yo daughter has this and loves it. Solid deal at this price for sure. The green screen functionality is so-so but she thinks it's great. You'll need a memory card since onboard memory is practically nothing.

Reviewers stated that the battery switch broke, didn't last long (broke within a year). Warranty only lasts for 3 months, not the usual one year. Anyone has experience with the battery switch issue?

Yes, we went through two. It just stopped charging. This is a really nice little camera when it works. But I wouldn't expect it to last very long.

thats funny. kids should wonder what the hell these are since they dont see anyone carrying this around anymore. they only take picts via their phone or ipad.
