The one in this deal is their "compact" model. It is much smaller and half the weight of yours.
But of course with that reduction in size comes a reduction in power. It probably won't do too well on your driveway's wet leaves, but it's not intended for that either.
This blower is rated 110 CFM and 160 MPH.
I have an earlier model Ridgid blower rated 280 CFM and 105 MPH. This one will lift wet leaves off the driveway. This is a convenient little blower that often rides in the back seat of my truck so I can blow out the bed. Just for an example here is the blower I have. It is well balanced.

Does anyone have the new one and what do you think about it?

I've had the small one for about a year and it's small. Good for table tops or dusting but because it's so short, you would have to bend down to blow the floor. The CFM is too low to move leaves around without bending down. Not a replacement for your model but good for touch ups.
My original intention was to use it to blow out my smoke detectors. Probably good for blowing out filters, cars, truck beds, tents, small stuff like that.
It's my most used tool behind my drill.
it won't clear lawns of leaves (or rather it can, but not very efficiently - maybe with 2x-3x effort as a true blower)
I mainly use it to clear concrete patio or light debris. I think of it as a air-broom 🙂 - it'll push dust, or debris similar to cornflake size and weight (sorry for the sucky comparison)
I wouldn't use it to clear leaves from a lawn. If you absolutely need to, it'll take much more time. I find it best use on a surface like concrete or walkways.
my 4Ah battery lasts about 30-45min of continuous "high" speed before noticable power drop off. Like many power tools, level of blower intensity depends on trigger pressure.
I have a similar Kobalt blower and use it all the time to clean woodworking tools from sawdust and blow dust from computer equipment. It is small enough to use comfortably and has enough power for such tasks.
I got Kobalt on clearance for $40. Thinking about getting this because of the LSA and extra battery.

I take it camping with our kids scout troop and the kids (and many dads) think it is the coolest tool ever.
This is one of my most used tools and the 2ah battery will generally be adequate
